Yarrow affects all state of Pitta - good cooling diaphoretic and antipyretic agent with astringent and antispasmodic properties. It is used for colds, flu. It stops bleeding, both internal and external. Reduces menstrual cramps and heavy bleeding.

It eliminates the bile, and reduces inflammation, improves the mucous of the gastrointestinal tract. It has some  calming and strengthening the nerves effect, promotes clarity of perception.
