Yogi tea Relax

Yogi tea Calming

Calming tea is a time-tested Ayurvedic formula traditionally used to ease stress and tension, while preserving the vitality needed to succeed in today's high-pressure world. Known for its mild, apple-like flavour, chamomile has been used as a calming agent for centuries and is widely regarded for the way in which it helps compose the mind and cool the body. The recipe also includes linden flower, fennel, cardamom and alfalfa, as well as a host of additional supporting herbs. For a perfect infusion, pour freshly boiled water over one teabag. Allow to steep for 4 to 6 minutes - or longer for a stronger flavour. Gently squeeze the teabag to let the active ingredients fully release into the water. Calming tea will help you stay calm throughout the day and is also great for children.

Sustainable. Ecological. Purposeful.
