Method of preparation:
1-2 tea bags for a glass of boiling water 250 ml and infuse for 2-3 minutes. Tea can be used as hot or cold. You can add sugar, honey, lemon.
How to drink:
take one cup of tea after every evening meal. Course - 2-3 months. After every 10 days we recommend to take a break for 5 days. If necessary, the course can be repeated 2-3 times a year.
