Amchur Powder is also known as “Mango Powder”. Amchur powder is made from raw green Mango that are cut, sun-dried and finely grounded into powder. Mango Laddu (20 pcs)
1. Melt 3 \ 4 cup of butter, mix it with 1 cup of chick-pea flour and 1 tbsp amchura.
2. fry over low heat until the mixture is light brown, then add 3 \ 4 cup sah.pudry. And interfere, keeping the fire for about 10 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
3. Put the mixture on a tray and cool, cut into squares or roll balls.
