Ingredients: Vegetables 500g, cut into small pieces, Rice 750g boiled with salt to taste, Potatoes 3-4 pieces or 250g, Yogurt 1/2 cup, Onions 4 medium size or 250g slices, Garlic Paste 1tbsp, Ginger Paste 1tbsp, Green Chillies 2-3 chopped, Oil/Ghee 1 cup or 200g, Water 1 Glass, Mangal Hyderabadi Biryani Masala 50g
Preperation: Heat oil/ghee and fry onions until golden, add garlic, ginger, potatoes, chicken/meat/veg and fry for 10 minutes. Add yoghurt, Mangal Hyderabadi Biryani Masala, Green chillies and cook for 5 minutes. Add water and cook until meat turns tender and gravy is thickened. Spread the contents in a large pot and place the boiled rice over it. Garnish with fried onions and serve hot.
