Preparation:
Saffron rice. 2 servings: basmati rice - 1 cup, water - 1.75 cups, Ghee oil - 1 tbsp, saffron and salt.
Wash rice in cold water "till clear water", shift into a thick-walled pot, pour boiling water, add the oil, salt and 5-6 saffron veins. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover with a lid and cook rice without stirring, for about 20 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and leave without opening the lid for 10 minutes. Rice is ready.
