Food supplement with minerals for athletes. Helps replenish the energy that is consumed during sport activity, fluids and minerals lost through sweating. 

Ingredients: maltodextrin, sugar, acidifier: Lemon flavouring, sodium chloride, antioxidants, ascorbic acid. Beta carotene and monitrato of thiamine (vitamin B1).

Preparation: for 500 ml drink, use two tablespoons of product (40 gr). Stir until dissolving of milk powder.

How to use: drink recommended 150 ml by 3 to 5 minutes before starting the activity. During the activity, you can drink 150-250 ml every 15-20 minutes. After the activity is indicated 150 ml drink.
