1. The rules for using the online store WWW.INDIANHERBALS.EU apply to all users (hereinafter — Users).

2. Elfarm Herbalshop Ltd. reserves the right to change the content and terms of the online store at any time.

3. Manufacturers of goods sold at WWW.INDIANHERBALS.EU reserve the right to change product parameters and descriptions without prior notice. Elfarm Herbalshop Ltd. is not liable for changes made by manufacturers.

4. Elfarm Herbalshop Ltd. has the right to block a User's access to the website without prior notice to protect the rights of others or to comply with legal requirements.

5. Elfarm Herbalshop Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the operation of the website at any time without notice.

6. Copyright for the content (including text, photos, video) belongs to Elfarm Herbalshop Ltd. or third parties who have authorized its publication.

7. It is prohibited to republish, sell, copy, or adapt any content from the website without the written permission of Elfarm Herbalshop Ltd.

8. The User agrees to comply with the rules, not to violate the rights of the Seller or third parties, to provide truthful information, and not to distribute viruses that could interfere with the website's functioning.

9. The User must immediately inform Elfarm Herbalshop Ltd. if they suspect that their personal data is being used by third parties.

10. The User agrees that Elfarm Herbalshop Ltd. is not liable for any negative consequences resulting from the actions discussed in these instructions and waives any claims in this regard.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an unused/unopened product? Yes. We guarantee a 14-day return period. We want to ensure you get exactly what you wanted! If the product does not meet your expectations and has not been opened, we will:

1. Refund your money;

2. Exchange it for another product.

How can I return a product? There are two ways:

1. By mail (after submitting a return/exchange request);

2. By bringing it to our warehouse-store: Orlandovtsi district, 11 Petar B. Velichkov St., Shop No. 3, 1225 Sofia.

What should I do to return a product by mail? To initiate a return, please email herbals@indianherbals.bg, stating your order number and reason for return. We will confirm receipt of your request and send you a return form and a return number.

Who covers the return shipping costs? The customer is responsible for shipping costs and all risks associated with the return delivery.

What happens once the return is received? Once received, we will contact you regarding the refund or exchange.

Can I return an opened or used product? No. Our unconditional 14-day return/exchange guarantee applies only to unopened and unused products.

Wrong or damaged product? Every product is checked before shipping, but errors can happen. If you receive the wrong or a damaged product, please contact us at herbals@indianherbals.bg. We will fix it as quickly as possible!
